Terms & Conditions
Placing an order signifies that you agree to our terms and conditions of sale. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.
These conditions of sale ("the conditions") supplied by Naz's Furniture ("The Company/We/Us") of 257 -259 Linthorpe Road, Middlesbrough, Cleveland. ("The Company's Address") to a purchaser ("The Buyer/You/Customer") shall be incorporated into each contract ("the contract") made by the company for the sales of the company’s goods ("the Goods"). The company contracts upon such terms as are agreed between the Company and The Buyer.
All prices shall be as stated by the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any discounts
or "special offers" displayed will only be applicable at time of display. All our prices include 20% VAT.
All orders require full payment on order. The buyer must have the bill payers permission before using another person card.
4. Collection and Delivery
All sales are classed as collection from store only. An email will be sent confirming your order has been taken and we will notify You via email when item is available to collect. Customer requiring delivery can call one of our team on 01642 241787. Please note delivery cost depends on the delivery address. The Buyer is responsible to ensuring someone will be available to take the delivery on the agreed upon time slot. Please note our drivers will leave all goods at the first entrance point of the property and it's The Buyer responsibility arrange help carry the goods to it final location (Bedroom, Dining Room, Upstairs Flats/Apartment and so on). If You are not at home for a pre-arranged delivery then We reserve the right to apply a second delivery charge to redeliver your order. If you wish to change the delivery date once it is agreed then please give us no less than 48 hours notice prior to delivery.
Customers are more then welcome to call Us on 01642 241787 to see availability of stock or get an estimate when the item will arrive to The Company. Items We have in our local warehouse in warehouse can be available to be collected the same day. Items stored in other parts the country can take 7 - 28 working days to arrive as it not possible to store everything in our Middlesbrough warehouse. (Working days exclude Saturday, Sundays and Bank Holidays).
Please note that all the above deliveries are subject to good road/weather conditions. Naz's Furniture cannot be held responsible for road closures, accidents and adverse weather conditions, National Lockdowns/Pandemic Restrictions (COVID-19) that can delay your delivery. If The Company cannot complete delivery due to discontinuation of goods then any sum paid by the Buyer will be refunded and the Seller will notify the Buyer at the address given on the order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of order. The Company will not be obliged to offer any compensation for disappointment suffered.
Due to Covid-19 Pandemic addiction delays can happen due to government guidelines and with lorries getting stuck at the ports. Any delays we will get in touch with all our customers via phone and email. Customers please note if Middlesbrough is in Tier 4 we will be closed to the public but our Click & Collect and Delivery Service will go on as normal if it complies with government guidelines.
All drawings, descriptions, illustrations and dimensions given in the Company’s catalogues, price lists or other advertising matter are approximate and intended for general guidance purposes only. We highly recommend allowing extra room in given location to allow furniture to get into gaps and for goods to be assembled.
Customers are more then welcome to visit our showroom at 257-259 Linthrope Road, Middlesbrough to try out our large selection of mattresses we have to offer, see selected items from our product range and see the colours and materials available in our Tailor Made Range. Please note: Colours may vary in shade as there are many shades of blues, blacks, pinks, browns, greys and especially white. Therefore, we can't guarantee our products will 100% match product you currently own or trying match with. Select times can be seen in Our showroom to give You a true reflection of what the product will look like. Please note that many of our products/furniture are flat packed for home/self assembly. It is the responsibility of the customer to assemble the items or arrange for a competent third party to do so at their own expense.
The Buyer is responsible to ensure all product they order can get to there final location (Bedroom, Dining Room, Upstairs Flats/Apartment and so on) for example by making sure mattresses can get up stairs, sofas can get through the door and other challenges You may face.
Selected items may be subject to change without prior notice to The Buyer. These changes included small changes in batch colours, sizes, design and finishes. Our furniture is suitable for normal domestic use, and is not guaranteed for commercial use unless requested on order. All customers must comply with care instructions provided.
The information, services and products provided on and throughout this site are subject to change without notice. In the event of a genuine website error/mistake or inaccuracy we reserve the right to withdraw an offer immediately. We also reserve the right to cancel all confirmed orders that are subject to genuine website error or inaccuracy. All products offered are subject to availability. All cancelled orders will be refunded.
6. Refunds and Exchanges
6.1. General Returns
We are happy to accept return of goods in their original packaging only, and if in perfect condition and at the buyer’s cost. The original carriage charge will also not be credited, subject to the following...
1. All sales are final and we do not supply goods on a trial or sale or return basis. However, you are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days from delivery of the goods for a full credit or exchange for another product.
2. The goods must be unused and ‘as new’ in their original packaging including all manuals and accessories and the packaging must be in pristine condition. Please Note: "Unused" means unused, it doesn’t mean opened, used for a few days and then repacked.
3. Any items with broken security seals or have been unpacked from their original packaging will be deemed "used" and will not qualify for a refund or credit.
4.You must notify us within 7 days from date of delivery of your intention to return the goods in writing via contact page on Our website or by email. We will acknowledge this by email and your goods must be received by us within 14 days of this acknowledgement. During this period it is your responsibility to return the goods to us at your own cost and risk. We will not accept any goods back after this 14 day period. If goods are received back with missing or used consumables or accessories, the cost of the accessories will be charged to you or we may reject the return entirely.
Goods received back in any condition other than ‘as new’ will be returned back to you
Please Note: All items will be inspected to determine if items haven't been used and then repacked.
6.2. Faulty Products
Should an item fail or develop a fault please contact us as soon as possible as many "faults" can be resolved quickly over the telephone. We can arrange have new parts to come to the store for collection. We require The Buyer to provide us with Invoice number, product name and the part number. If an exchange is required the product will be inspected to find faulty see if replacement item is required or parts need changing. If exchange is need we get your new item to you as soon as possible. If the item is not found to be faulty it will be returned to you at your cost. Please Note: All items will be inspected to determine if damage was caused due shipment, mis-use, incorrectly built or manufacture fault.
Only if we can't get a replacement we will issue a refund or exchange the item for another product.
7. Special Orders
“Special Orders” means any Goods that are not held in stock by Naz's Furniture or that are ordered/manufactured specifically for you. An approximate delivery time scale will be provided. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure the estimated dates are met they do not form a fixed term of the contract. Once goods are received at our Home Delivery Centre we will contact you to arrange a delivery date. Special Order items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is evidence of a manufacturers fault or the products is not as described. All our Tailor Made Range, 6ft mattresses (Super King Mattresses), Divans with storage options, Sofas and 4 Door Wardboards.
Selected items from our Tailor Made can be viewed in our showroom at 257 - 259 Linthorpe Road, Middlesbrough. Customers are more then welcome to visit our store.
8. Delivery, Examination and Claims
We take great care when packing our products to ensure that all furniture and associated items are sent out in the best possible condition. The buyer or person accepting delivery on the behalf of The Buyer needs check each product/package. You will need to check to ensure everything is delivered. You and the driver will have go through the order list to ensure everything has arrived. If any box/item is damaged please notify the driver and ensure they make a note of the damaged box.
Should an item fail or develop a fault please contact us as soon as possible, ideal 24 hours of getting your delivery, as many "faults" can be resolved quickly over the telephone. If the item needs to be exchanged you must return the faulty item directly yourself. When the goods have been received, inspected and found to be faulty we will despatch a replacement item/part to you as soon as possible. If the item is not found to be faulty it will be returned to you at your cost.
If any items are missing from the box please contact us as soon as possible, ideally 24 hours of getting your delivery, and We will order and get the part delivered to us for you to collect.
