Placing an order signifies that you agree to our shipping and returns of sale. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.

Shipping Policy

All sales are classed as collection from store only.  An email will be sent confirming your order has been taken and we will notify You via email when item is available to collect. We aim to have your order to you soon as possible. Items can be available to collect in 7 - 28 working days (Working days excludes Saturday, Sundays and Bank Holidays) as it not possible to keep all furniture we have to offer in our Middlesbrough Warehouse. Items we do have in stock can be collected the same day.    


Customer requiring  delivery can call one of our team on 01642 241787. Please note delivery cost depends on the delivery address. Member of our time will be able to provide dates and time slots available.

Return & Exchange Policy

General Returns
We are happy to accept return of goods in their original packaging only, and if in perfect condition and at the buyer’s cost. The original carriage charge will also not be credited, subject to the following...

1. All sales are final and we do not supply goods on a trial or sale or return basis.  However, you are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days from delivery of the goods for a full credit or exchange for another product.
2. The goods must be unused and ‘as new’ in their original packaging including all manuals and accessories and the packaging must be in pristine condition. Please Note: "Unused" means unused, it doesn’t mean opened, used for a few days and then repacked.  
3. Any items with broken security seals or have been unpacked from their original packaging will be deemed "used" and will not qualify for a refund or credit.

4.You must notify us within 7 days from date of delivery of your intention to return the goods in writing via contact page on Our website or by email.  We will acknowledge this by email and your goods must be received by us within 14 days of this acknowledgement.  During this period it is your   responsibility to return the goods to us at your own cost and risk.  We will not accept any goods back after this 14 day period. If goods are received back with missing or used consumables or accessories, the cost of the accessories will be charged to you or we may reject the return entirely.
Goods received back in any condition other than ‘as new’ will be returned back to you

Please Note: All items will be inspected to determine if items haven't been used and then repacked.

Faulty Products
Should an item fail or develop a fault please contact us as soon as possible as many "faults" can be resolved quickly over the telephone. We can arrange have new parts to come to the store for collection. We require The Buyer to provide us with Invoice number, product name  and the part number. If an exchange is required the product will be inspected to find faulty see if replacement item is required or parts need changing. If exchange is need we get your new item to you as soon as possible. If the item is not found to be faulty it will be returned to you at your cost.  Please Note: All items will be inspected to determine if damage was caused due shipment, mis-use, incorrectly built or manufacture fault.

Only if we can't get a replacement we will issue a refund or exchange the item for another product.

Mattresses and Special Orders

For hygienic reasons mattresses are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. 

Special Order items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is evidence of a manufacturers fault or the products is not as described.
